This is a space built by and for neurodivergent people.
Your rhythms, your interests, your way of communicating — bring them.

What this means in practice:
Sensory & Physical
● Stim, move, or take breaks anytime
● Adjustable lighting, sound, and seating
● Quiet areas available
Communication & Expression
● Communicate however works: speak, type, AAC, gestures, or none
● No pressure to make eye contact or perform social scripts
● Special interests become creative fuel, not distractions
● All communication styles are valid
Identity & Safety
●Lived-experience mentors who understand neurodivergent experiences
● Names, pronouns, and cultural influences respected
● Support person welcome (no extra cost)
● Online sessions: Camera optional

The team
We're a small, neurodivergent-led team of musicians, producers, MC's, songwriters, performers, DJs, and educators based in Melbourne.
Real music industry experience.
Real lived experience.
Peer-to-peer credibility.
We've worked in community music education, disability services, and the music industry.
We know what it's like to navigate spaces that weren't built for us.
That's why we're building this one.
Young Philly — Facilitator
Yung Philly is an MC who began his professional career in 2004, volunteering to Rap from a call-out from the then known Anti-Racism Action Band (now known as Outer Urban Projects) who were performing at his school, Moreland City College. The impromptu Rap performance rendered him part of the performing arts organisation, gigging in a community circuit, building further networks and performing opportunities - in Rap, Rap workshops and hosting, spanning 20-years of experience. He has also competed in Battle Rap competitions and participated in Open Mic’s within Melbourne's Rap scene
