Before and after your chat

You'll receive a calendar invite with your chosen format (phone/video/in-person)
If video, we'll send a link (camera optional — you can keep it off)
If in-person, we'll send studio address and access details

We'll send a follow-up email summarising what we discussed
If you want to proceed, we'll match you with a mentor and send booking options
If you need time to think, that's completely fine — no pressure
